I’m Francesca & I’m a licensed esthetician who specializes in eyelash and eyebrow services. I understand how challenging it can be to find a beauty service provider who offers both a service with great results and one who is focused on preserving and maintaining the integrity of your natural eyelashes and eyebrows. I can assure you, when you book an appointment with me not only will you love your lashes & brows, but you can have peace of mind knowing you’re in great hands.
In 2018 I took my first of many lash trainings and decided that this specific specialty is what I wanted to focus on offering. I truly do believe that a jack of all trades is a master of none - by specializing in these two types of services I’ve been able to refine my skillset and be able to offer a great quality service to my clients.
One of my core values is leading and operating with integrity & always putting my clients best interest first. This is one of the reasons why consultations are a part of my process with each and every one of my clients. I want to always make sure you’re getting the best service possible even if that means me recommending alternative lash styles or techniques that would better suit you.
Over the past 6 years as a beauty business owner and lash artist I’ve been blessed with hundreds of clients. Most of which who have been with me for years. A majority of my lash clients stay consistent and due to my meticulous and skillful application, they’ve been able to maintain their beauty services without having to ever take a break.
When I’m not servicing my clients you can catch me at Disney with my friends (I am a proud annual pass holder of 4+ years and HUGE Disney girl) or out exploring one of Floridas beautiful parks. I really love nature and plants, so any opportunity I have to be outside - even if its just to go on a walk , I’m taking it !

The Studio
Meticuloustry is a private beauty suite located in Downtown Kissimmee Florida. Our suite is located inside Aviles Hair Salon. Our space is quite, cozy and perfect for the beauty services we offer.
From lash enhancements to facial treatments, you'll be able to relax and unwind while being pampered.

Studio Policies

•All booking fees paid at time of booking are non refundable. If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Our booking system will send you email and text reminders 48+ hours in advance to help you cancel/reschedule in time.
•Reschedules within 24 hours will result in the loss of existing booking fee and a new fee will need to be paid. (If you are sick please call the studio and we will reschedule your appointment with no penalty)
•Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to our late cancellation policy: clients are responsible for paying the full cost of their reserved service with the card on file.
•Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early for check-in. Excessive lateness may result in same-day cancellation/reschedule fees. Please keep traffic and other potential delays in mind when selecting a time, missed appointments due to lateness will be subject to our same day cancellation fee/penalty.

•Please refrain from bringing small children to the studio. We are a beauty salon & tattoo establishment, so for the safety of your children and our staff please make arrangements for childcare. You can bring older children who can sit quietly in the waiting area, but young children who need close supervision are not allowed.
Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show Fees:
-Reschedule within 24 hours: loss of booking fee or 25% of service total.
-Cancellations within 24 hours/Late & Missed Appointments: Service must be paid in full with card on file at the time of cancellation/missed appointment.
-No Call/No Show: Service must be paid in full. Failure to pay no show fee will result in banned status as a client and you will no longer be permitted to book an appointment at our studio.
