Studio Policies

•All booking fees paid at time of booking are non refundable. If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Our booking system will send you email and text reminders 48+ hours in advance to help you cancel/reschedule in time.
•Reschedules within 24 hours will result in the loss of existing booking fee and a new fee will need to be paid. (If you are sick please call the studio and we will reschedule your appointment with no penalty)
•Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to our late cancellation policy: clients are responsible for paying the full cost of their reserved service with the card on file.
•Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early for check-in. Excessive lateness may result in same-day cancellation/reschedule fees. Please keep traffic and other potential delays in mind when selecting a time, missed appointments due to lateness will be subject to our same day cancellation fee/penalty.

•Please refrain from bringing small children to the studio. We are a beauty salon & tattoo establishment, so for the safety of your children and our staff please make arrangements for childcare. You can bring older children who can sit quietly in the waiting area, but young children who need close supervision are not allowed.
Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show Fees:
-Reschedule within 24 hours: loss of booking fee or 25% of service total.
-Cancellations within 24 hours/Late & Missed Appointments: Service must be paid in full with card on file at the time of cancellation/missed appointment.
-No Call/No Show: Service must be paid in full. Failure to pay no show fee will result in banned status as a client and you will no longer be permitted to book an appointment at our studio.
